Cancellation Policy
📅 Scheduling All cleanings must be booked online or by phone at least 24 hours in advance. Pick-ups happen by 7:00 PM; drop-offs are completed before 9:00 AM the following morning. 💲 Payment Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. We accept credit/debit cards and recurring payments for Hive Plan members. ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours may be charged a $20 late cancellation fee. Rescheduling is free if done at least 12 hours before pick-up. ✨ Add-Ons & Extra Messes Heavy soiling, vomit, or special treatments will incur an add-on fee. We’ll always confirm add-ons with you before charging. 🛑 Safety Disclaimer Please ensure your car seat is not expired or recalled before cleaning. We clean and sanitize thoroughly, but parents are responsible for reinstallation in the vehicle.
