🐝 Buckle Bee Seats – Refund Policy

At Buckle Bee Seats, we strive to provide high-quality, family-friendly cleaning services. Because our work involves time and resources, we have the following refund guidelines:
Standard Bookings

Full Refunds: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up will receive a full refund.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up may incur a $20 late cancellation fee.

No-Shows: If a seat, stroller, or wagon is not available for pick-up at the scheduled time, the booking may be forfeited without a refund.
Hive Memberships

Membership fees are billed automatically on a monthly basis.

Refunds are not available for unused monthly cleanings.

Memberships can be canceled with 14 days’ written notice, and service will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.
Service Quality

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of drop-off. We will review your concern and may offer a re-clean at no additional charge.

Refunds will not be issued for pre-existing damage, stains that cannot be removed due to material limitations, or expired/unsafe car seats.
