🐝 Buckle Bee Seats – Refund Policy

Effective Date: 10/15/2025

At Buckle Bee Seats, we strive to provide high-quality, family-friendly cleaning services. Because our work involves time and resources, we have the following refund guidelines:
 

Standard Bookings

  • Full Refunds: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up will receive a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up may incur a $20 late cancellation fee.

  • No-Shows: If a seat, stroller, or wagon is not available for pick-up at the scheduled time, the booking may be forfeited without a refund.
     

Hive Memberships

  • Membership fees are billed automatically on a monthly basis.

  • Refunds are not available for unused monthly cleanings.

  • Memberships can be canceled with 14 days’ written notice, and service will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.
     

Service Quality

  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of drop-off. We will review your concern and may offer a re-clean at no additional charge.

  • Refunds will not be issued for pre-existing damage, stains that cannot be removed due to material limitations, or expired/unsafe car seats.
